**Overall job scope**:
- To ensure that the attendance record completeness
- To ensure efficient flow of the Walkie Talkie
**Core responsibilities**:
- Check the completeness of the attendance of all employees - Staffs, NTS and supplied workers
- Generate the payroll from easy time to easy pay.
- Computation of employee payroll for Subcon Workers
- Settle all the NTS permit (Renewals and New workers)
- Upkeep the expiration dates of NTS Passport, CSOC and bonds.
- Undertake administrative work such as document filing, retrieval and photocopying
- Settle the essential errands for Wok Pass Holders and the exit pass.
- Manage and upkeep the Dormitory List for the 2 FCD and report to MOM every Friday (submit the nominal roll).
- Update the OFWAS and Dormwatch of all the shifted workers as and when transfer to the other site.
- Any other HR and administrative related duties as assigned
- **Technical Skills**_
- Diploma in HRM with minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Soft s Soft Skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent and proactive
- Abilities to handle employee conflict as and when needed
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
