**Key accountabilities**
- To understand the usage of Infolog (WMS) in Production and Tray Assembly operations from receiving to processing to transfers to issuance to batching during dishing and last mile picking of finished goods
- To understand the usage of SAP S/4 transaction codes used to perform inventory availability checks and production orders
- Use Infolog generated Stores to Production In Transit report and Production Order In Transit
- Make use of inventory reports to identify variances and do inventory reconciliation between Infolog and SAP S/4
- Follow up with respective users in the relevant stages to ensure that all the necessary Goods Receipt (GR) or Goods Issuance (GI), reservations and transfers are transacted timely so as to facilitate the next workflow
- Assist in raising workflow for stock disposal and inventory adjustment upon completion of investigation and/or reconciliation of inventory
- Any other tasks as assigned by Production Management team

**Skills & experience**
- Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant working experience preferably in, Production, Logistics, Warehousing and/or Manufacturing
- Good communication skills and able to work well with staff from all level
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to review complex data, draw conclusions and make recommendations
- Strong functional use of, SAP, Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and/or within a collaborative team structure
- Self-motivated individual with high level of enthusiasm and willingness to learn and incorporate coaching and instructions into daily tasks and assignments
- Ability and willingness to self-teach new and advanced software functions; coaching and training will be provided for WMS system
