Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that the correct quantity and meal types are sent to the Food Bank on time and that meals are stored accurately
• Collect, check and hand over meals and catering items to crew and monitor last minute top up of meals
• Conduct quality control checks on completed equipment carts and ensure that equipment are present according to the correct Equipment Loading Plan
• Push meal carts and carry catering equipment in the kitchen and on-board aircraft
• Handle and transport meal orders between the kitchen and the aircraft

Key Requirement

• Possess basic frontline customer service skills
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural team
• Able to carry heavy loads up to 5kg
• Ability to read and speak English (to understand work instructions & safety guidelines)
• Ability to do simple mathematical calculations
• Work 3 rotating shifts
