Gateway Services

Food Solutions
SATS’ Food Solutions comprises in-flight catering, commercial and institutional catering, research and development, food manufacturing and food distribution. Our offerings also include linen and laundry services, and we are the master caterer for the Singapore Sports Hub.

**Key accountabilities**
As an Operations Assistant, you will assist your Officer to ensure that there are sufficient resources deployed to facilitate interior cleaning of the aircraft. In addition, you monitor for changes in flight schedules and update the flight handling team accordingly.
- Assist the Deployment Officer in attending to calls and telex messages and update the DO accordingly;
- Monitors UFIS and FIDS for flight schedule and changes;
- Monitors the cleaning timings of the cleaning teams;
- Operations Assistant to attend on request for any additional and/or last minute items for the flight handling;
- Manage the fleet of vans in the department;
- Ensure that vehicles are sent for preventive maintenance or any other necessary maintenance works promptly;
- Ensure facilities in the duty room and staff rest area are serviceable and report any unserviceable facilities to the Duty Manager;
- Manage the time and attendance management system and employees transport requisition
- Perform other related duties assigned by supervisors
**Skills & experience**
- Able to read, write and communicate in English and comfortable in using PCs
- Able to work in a team and independently in a fast paced environment
- A Class 3 driving license would be an advantage
