**Responsibilities**
- Present the outcome of in-depth Dry Bulk market analysis on a weekly basis
- Present recent time charter and voyage fixtures on a daily basis
- Develop various strategic options in order to charter out the vessels best possible
- Market and fix the vessels independently which includes the negotiation of terms (time charter and voyage charter contracts) and proper due diligence concerning new clients
- Comparing pre-calculations with the actual outcome of the completed employment and analyse the reasons for discrepancies
- Support colleagues in matters linked to pre
- and post-fixing activities
- Studying new regulations and requirements and advising colleagues on required actions
- Build solid relationship with clients
- Support colleagues with ad-hoc tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 years’ experience in a similar position within a shipping company, cargo trader, operator or broker
- Since operating worldwide, good command of written and verbal English. Further language skills are a plus.
- Well versed with Microsoft Office products
- Great understanding of Dry Bulk market and charter contracts
- Ability to plan and execute in a structured and proactive manner
- Excellent negotiating skills
