As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's operational activities and processes. Your role will be crucial in driving operational excellence, ensuring smooth functioning across departments, and supporting the company's growth and success in our industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Strategy**:Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's goals, vision, and industry best practices. Collaborate with senior leadership to define operational objectives and drive their execution.
- **Team Leadership**:Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of operations professionals, including project managers, system administrators, and support staff. Provide guidance, support, and performance management to foster a high-performing and motivated team.
- **Process Optimization**:Analyze existing operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency, productivity, and quality. Streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and eliminate bottlenecks to enhance operational effectiveness.
- **Resource Management**:Oversee resource allocation, including staffing, budgeting, and equipment procurement, to ensure optimal utilization of resources and support project delivery timelines. Collaborate with HR and finance departments for resource planning and budget management.
- **Project Management (Cloud Infrastructure & Software Development)**:Implement and enhance project management methodologies and tools to effectively plan, execute, and monitor projects. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
- **Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD)**:Collaborate with the DevOps and engineering teams to optimize CI/CD processes, ensuring seamless integration, testing, and deployment of software products. Drive the adoption of best practices and tools to automate and accelerate the software development life-cycle.
- **Quality Assurance and Compliance**:Establish and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure adherence to industry standards and customer requirements. Implement compliance measures, such as security protocols and data protection policies, to safeguard customer data and maintain regulatory compliance.
- **Vendor and Supplier Management**:Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers. Negotiate contracts, manage vendor performance, and optimize cost-effectiveness.
- **Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor operational performance. Implement reporting mechanisms to provide regular updates to senior management on operational efficiency, resource utilization, and project status.
- **Risk Management**:Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address risks related to project timelines, resource constraints, and technology infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted operations. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential cloud security risks and vulnerabilities. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, including the selection and deployment of appropriate cloud security technologies and controls.
- **Cloud Security Architecture**:Collaborate with the IT and engineering teams to design and implement secure cloud architecture and infrastructure. Ensure appropriate security controls are in place to protect cloud assets and data.
- **Security Operations Management**:Oversee the day-to-day cloud security operations, including cloud infrastructure security, identity and access management, data protection, and incident response. Ensure compliance with cloud security policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- **Cloud Security Monitoring and Compliance & Audits**:Implement and manage cloud security monitoring tools and processes to detect and respond to security incidents in real-time. Ensure compliance with applicable cloud security standards, regulations, and privacy requirements. Coordinate and participate in internal and external cloud security audits and assessments. Develop and implement remediation plans based on audit findings to address identified cloud security gaps.
- **Incident Response and Forensics**:Establish and maintain an effective cloud security incident response framework. Lead incident response activities, including investigation, containment, recovery, and lessons learned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role within the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps & Software Development principles, methodologies, and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, config
