Administrative Assistant

**The Role**
To provide administrative assistance and support to the team.
**Key accountabilities**
a. To promote and foster better relationships with the customers.
b. To answer queries from external customers
c. To ensure accurate and timely responses
d. To obtain and dispatch messages and/or requisitions to the appropriate personnel or department. e. Answers telephone inquiries.
**Qualifications & Experience**
a. Minimum GCE 'O' Level
b. At least 1 year experience in clerical duties in customer service setting preferred.
c. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
d. People-oriented, flexible, adaptable and positive work attitude.
e. Typing ability and computer literacy preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month
