**Job Title**:Administrative Support Officer
**Department**: Business Development
**Job Purpose**:To assist and liaise with contractor on Tenancy & Work Permit enquires.
**Educational/Professional Qualification**:
- GCE “O” Levels and above
- Fresh Graduate without experience are welcome to apply.
**Working Experience/Exposure**:
- No experience requires
- Proficient in MS Office
- Meticulous and able to work independently
- Workplace is within a foreign workers’ dormitory
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Prepare all tenancy and necessary documents
- Review all submitted documents to ensure documents are in compliance
- Liaise with RCs regarding all tenancy matters
- Maintain BDD tenancy database, BDD unit occupancy data and potential clients list to provide to HOD and other relevant departments when necessary.
- Escalate and report urgent cases to HEAD for further escalation to KH management.
- Support the department with telemarketing by contacting and liaising with potential clients to ensure department’s target occupancy rate
- Update and coordinate with the respective RCs and HOD regarding tenancy matters or cases requiring RCs’ and HOD’s attention.
- Support the Department with all administrative duties and documentation.
- Assist the Department with the coordination and execution of all tenancy processes and procedures.
- Support the department in the implementation and achievement of the goals, objectives and KPI as set out in the Work Plan.
- Collate and review all submitted documents to ensure documents are in compliance

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month
