**Responsibilities**:
Handle all general administrative duties, including:
- Receptionist duties, answering phone calls and attending to visitors/clients
- Making office travel arrangements
- Managing and organising stationery, office supplies, pantry supplies, and other office-related vendors
- Handling local and international courier arrangements and mailbox
- Organising and maintaining files, records and contact list
- Setup and maintain office administrative systems
- Assist Finance team on filing and tracking records
- Office maintenance
- Supervise and maintain office cleanliness
- Arrange for office equipment and periodic maintenance
- Organisation and maintain material library & storage
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Ability to multitask
- Independent and reliable, with a high sense of integrity, discretion and trustworthiness
- Ability to be proactive and take initiative
- Efficient, self-motivated, organised.
- Positive mindset and willingness to learn and contribute
- Flexible and adaptable
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- 0-3 years of experience in similar role
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month
