Reporting to the Manager, the appointee will be part of the Course Operations Division and will handle the administration of part-time full qualification courses, which include but not limited to the end-to-end cycle of course administration and management, stakeholder management, resource management, tracking of admissions outcomes, providing support for Learning Management Systems and Training Management System, and actively seek out information, tools, and methodologies to enhance processes.

Conduct training sessions for users on how to navigate and utilise the features of the LMS. Provide ongoing support and guidance to users Investigate and resolve technical issues encountered by users within the LMS and TMS.

**_Requirements:

- At least 2 years of working experience in administrative support, preferably in an educational institution handling academic matters.
- Proficient in learning and/or training management systems
- Proficient in data management and analysis with software, not limited to Excel and Power BI.
- Meticulous with a keen eye for details and understands the need for data accuracy for management reports.
- Proven track record of independently solving problems and driving initiatives forward.
- Proven ability to take the initiative to identify and leverage resources that contribute to personal and team success.
- Display excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to multi-task with a positive attitude and operate in a fast-paced environment, with tight timelines.
- Strong decision making, customer service, stakeholder management, and information management skills.
