**Job Description**:
**Position Summary**

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for proactively soliciting, managing and contracting MICE related opportunities, with the aim to exceed personal and team related revenue targets. You will identify business trends and marketing opportunities that can improve our group's performance. You will be responsible for assigned sales targets in accordance with cluster segmentation, to work closely with each partner company in our group as well as the sales teams in our locations to identify opportunities and ways to maximize and exceed personal and team revenue goals.

You’ll have an enviable knowledge of the MICE and Corporate sales world globally. You will be the sales face of Entrepreneur Resorts, representing our venue portfolio, networking with the right people, and building strong, lasting relationships.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Responsible for delivering set KPIs and sales targets
- Proactively secure new business opportunities and generate enquiries for Entrepreneur Resort venue portfolio through increasing market share from MICE and Corporate markets
- Identify new target accounts by prospecting both internal and external stakeholders
- Build sustainable and effective relationships with existing stakeholders, as well as new prospects
- Maintain an active list of prospects with contact strategy, roles and responsibilities defined and clear engagement plans
- Work proactively to retain and further develop relationships with a number of key accounts
- Monitor the progress of sales enquiries and chase contracts to conclusion, ensuring the sales procedures are adhered
- Prepare all special event contracts, charge the necessary deposits, and ensure deposits and full payments are received by the required deadlines, in accordance with Finance and Compliance teams’ SOPs
- Develop a thorough understanding of the special event capabilities of all venues in our portfolio
- Work with kitchen and event operation teams for pricing and quoting, and developing proposals in line with clients’ needs
- Respond to inbound enquires where required
- Actively promote Entrepreneur Resorts, conducting presentations, promoting at events/tradeshows, client entertaining, networking and site visits
- Develop and work with marketing to create client facing sales material to be used for new business development and sales appointments
- Assist in setting the strategy and plan for new business acquisitions in line with company desired growth plans
- Prepare reports by collecting, analysing and summarising information
- Awareness of trends and propose ideas to acquire and develop events for Entrepreneur Resorts
- Work collaboratively with the location teams on sales leads, strategy and campaigns
- Develop a win together ethos across all departments, motivate and engage at every opportunity
- Embody the culture and values of Entrepreneur Resorts and be a front facing ambassador at all times
