The Super Loco Group operates four popular Mexican retaurant and bars. The Super Loco Group us currently searching for a Group Operations Manager responsible for all business activities including restaurant operations, productivity, quality of goods and high customer service standards. This position oversees and supports the daily operations of the 4 restaurants within The Super Loco Group (Super Loco, Chico Loco, Lucha Loco).

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs.
- Responsible for ensuring all financials and payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time and in accordance with company procedures.
- Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas; compliance with operational standards, company policies and regulations.
- Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of food preparation and service.
- Ensure the smooth running of all outlet operations, and seamless execution of business plans.
- Ensure that the work culture and restaurant environment is fun, profitable, consistent, efficient and on brand.
- Responsible for the management and maintenance of a high-quality guest experience
- Working with marketing & events department, to undertake revenue enhancing programs and activities.
- Reviewing financial performance, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
- Reviewing and adding to outlet and corporate SOP’s and ensuring compliance with these SOP’s.
- Overseeing, motivating and managing Restaurant Managers. Setting their KPI’s and supporting and guiding them to achieve their targets.
- Assist as required in expansion plans for Loco Group branded restaurants and opening of new restaurants.
- Assisting with venue maintenance and equipment acquisition.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of F&B managerial experience and experience with running multiple F&B outlets.
- Excellent communication and hospitality skills.
- Ability to build morale and group commitment to goals, objectives and support everyone’s efforts to succeed.
- Strong focus on food and beverage quality control and service excellence.
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and with mínimal supervision
- Familiarity with restaurant technology systems, Revel, Sevenrooms and Xero system knowledge will be a bonus.
