Ponte Group, a leading and well-established restaurant group with multiple successful brands (including LeVeL33, Erwin's Gastrobar, Locaba, and Ponte and Partners, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Group Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that establish and elevate our new as well as existing brands, captivating audiences, and driving their success in the market.

**Job Responsibilities include**:

- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive branding and marketing strategies for new restaurant concepts within the group.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations and Design, to ensure brand vision and identity are consistently communicated and reflected in all marketing materials.
- Oversee and manage a team of 3 marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, consumer insights, and industry trends for effective brand positioning.
- Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, PR, advertising, and promotions.
- Create compelling brand messaging and storytelling that effectively communicates the unique value proposition and positioning of each new concept.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and differentiation in branding and marketing strategies.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 8 years of working experience with 5 years relevant experience in marketing
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Relevant university degree in Business, Management or Marketing
- Hands-on approach in broad job scope, outgoing personality and self-motivated
- Good organizational and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media, content marketing, SEO, and SEM.
- Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to develop compelling brand narratives and visual identities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, juggling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Passion for the restaurant industry and a deep understanding of consumer preferences and trends.
