We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Group Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive customer/client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the overall success of our company.

**Responsibilities***:

- Develop and execute tactics to promote our brand and drive qualified traffic to our website.
- Define positioning, messaging, and differentiation strategies for our fintech and digital commerce offerings.
- Build strategic relationships and find great collaboration opportunities for MatchMove.
- Design, build and maintain consistent branding across different platforms.
- Create, run and optimize various marketing campaigns that raises our brand awareness and increases site traffic.
- Define and drive the brand to a range of stakeholders, tailoring messaging and developing marketing campaigns and marketing activities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all online marketing programs, draw conclusions and develop recommendations based on results in a timely basis to improve business performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of experience in SaaS marketing.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SaaS marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns is a plus.
- Good knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Preferably with experience in B2B2C with regional exposure.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and diverse, multicultural work environment.
