_Are you an innovative, strategic, and results-driven marketer? Do you have a proven track record of delivering impactful marketing campaigns and driving revenue growth? If so, our company is seeking a Head of Marketing to join our team_
- As the Head of Marketing, you will lead and manage our marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and initiatives across all channels, including digital, social, and traditional media. You will also collaborate with other teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive leads and sales._
- **Responsibilities**_
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of company’s marketing campaigns
- Brainstorm and produce ideas for promotional events, activities and organize them efficiently within the given timeline/budget
- Plan and execute campaigns for branding and promotions for all brands
- Monitor progress and submit performance reports
- Conduct market research and to keep abreast of current trends and competitor’s marketing movements
- Develop and manage marketing budgets and deliver against agreed-upon KPIs
- Act as the Marketing spokesperson liaising with external parties such as media and to foster strong strategic partnerships
- Stay up-to-date with trends and developments in the industry to continually improve marketing tactics and strategies
- **Requirements**_
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of relevant working experience in a mid-sized highly matrix organization
- Proven track record in driving marketing strategies in Retail and FMCG industry
- Good knowledge with the current and online marketing techniques and best practices
- Excellent leadership and organizing skills
- Analytical and creative thinking
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
