**About the Roles**

We are looking for an Associate HR Manager / Assistant HR Manager to join our team in Woodlands. This is a **permanent position** with a **5-day work week** (Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5.45pm). The role comes with an attractive package, including **basic salary, transport allowance, and variable bonus (VB)**. You will play a key role in overseeing HR operations and driving initiatives that support both employees and business goals.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Lead recruitment efforts and manage smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and system workflows.
- Drive employee engagement, training programs, and performance management processes.
- Manage employee relations matters such as investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain accurate HRIS and personnel records while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Support payroll and benefits administration, including time, attendance, and leave management.
- Handle ad-hoc HR assignments as required.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
