**SALES CO-ORDINATOR or CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE**
**(TUAS)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for processing customers' orders, managing inventory and perform purchasing functions with shipment follow up;
- Provide pricing and obtain delivery information;
- Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes;
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource;
- Manage customers' accounts;
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments and Customers;
- Eligible young adults are welcome to apply.
- Applicants who are able to work in TUAS should apply.
**Requirements**:
- Fresh Diploma, Degree with experience in Customer Service, GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ level qualifications with credit in English and relevant experience are also welcome.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Working experience in customer servive would be an advantage
- Accuracy in numbers and good typing skill’
- Training will be provided
- Mature, adaptable, independent with pleasant personality and a team player;
- Able to interact with all levels of people;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- 5-day week with transportation provided from Joon Koon MRT Station.
