We are currently seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients by addressing their inquiries and concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolving customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to provide relevant and helpful solutions.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed customer records.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer needs are met.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service or a related field.
- Able to work on BOTH weekends to serve customers.

Remuneration:

- $1800 to $2800.
- CPF and benefits.
- Additional allowance for working on weekends.
