We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled product management professional to lead the product lifecycle management of our Nature as a service platform for urban built-environment. You will play a crucial role in defining and shaping their product roadmap, ensuring product success, and driving market growth.

Roles and responsibilities
- Manage the product lifecycle and customer journey for our nature as a service platform catering to enterprise customers.
- Drive product vision, strategy, and execution for end-to-end product success.
- Serve as an advisor to the Founders on Product strategy and user journey across all features
- Speak directly to consumers, understand what they are looking for, and iterate on that game-changing product together with multiple teams - product design, sales, marketing, engineering teams
- Define market opportunities, requirements, competitive landscape, and priorities to support product evolution.
- Translate current and emerging market trends into product needs and features.
- Lead global product roadmap discussions with clear and aligned priorities, opportunities, resources, and trade-offs to drive decisions.
- Develop clear and concise business process documentation, such as product requirement documents and user stories, to communicate product requirements to the engineering, business & operational teams.
- Deliver on agreed business cases for product scope, schedule, budget, and customer experience.
- Define user experience and interface requirements for various customer stakeholders
- Develop top-tier product communication and training materials for internal and external use.
- Drive product enablement initiatives, including training for sales and partners.
- Define, track, and communicate product success metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, Developers, Marketing, and Management, to deliver new product ideas and improve existing ones.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5+years of experience
- Someone passionate about joining a company on a 0 to 1 journey
- Someone passionate about nature and built environment is critical
- Prior experience in a Product role, ideally in B2B.
- Someone structured, precise, and great with multi-tasking without oversight
- Someone who is comfortable in a fluid, ambiguous environment

Pay: $3,827.69 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Shift system

**Experience**:

- Product management: 4 years (preferred)
