**Assistant Marketing Manager Position Overview**:
We are seeking an ambitious Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team. - **Marketing Strategy Development**: _Work with the Marketing Manager to create marketing plans aligned with business goals. Assist in defining target audiences, key messages, and marketing channels._
- **Content Creation and Management**: _Manage marketing content creation for various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and effective communication with the target audience._
- **Social Media Management**: _Develop engaging content and manage social media accounts to boost brand visibility, engage followers, and drive website traffic. Monitor trends and industry news for creating relevant content and engaging the audience._
- **Market Research and Analysis**: _To conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive threats. Gathering customer feedback and insights to inform marketing strategies and product development initiatives._
- **Event Planning and Coordination**: _Assist in planning and executing marketing events like trade shows, conferences, webinars, and product launches. Handle logistics, vendor relationships, and ensure timely, budget-friendly event completion._
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: _Work closely with internal teams like sales, product development, and customer support to align and integrate marketing efforts. Offer support and guidance on marketing initiatives._
- **Analytics and Reporting**: _Track KPIs to evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness. Share insights and recommendations with stakeholders through reports and presentations._

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of marketing experience, specializing in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
- Skilled in managing multiple projects concurrently and meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, creativity.
- Data-driven strategic thinker adept at decision-making and problem-solving.
- Demonstrated capacity to collaborate in teams and form strong cross-functional relationships.
