As a Management Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training in various business aspects and work closely with experienced managers to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the organization's success.

**You will be involved in an upscale, rotational role exposure**:

- Assist with vital sales partnerships, marketing campaigns, customer focus groups, and strategic company-wide projects to drive business growth.
- Identify operational gaps and issues across functions to improve customer service and sales experience.
- Be ready for other relevant assignments when needed.
- Help with creating and executing marketing plans and campaigns.
- Carry out market research and analysis to uncover trends and consumer insights.
- Monitor and assess marketing campaign performance.
- Engage in training, workshops, and professional development opportunities.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month
