**Assistant Manager - Product Owner (STS / VX)**:

- ** Assistant Manager - Product Owner STS (Sales Transaction System)**:

- ** Assistant Manager - Product Owner VX**

**What are we looking for**:
**_ Assistant Manager - Product Owner STS (Sales Transaction System)_**
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in (business or marketing).
- Highly motivated independent worker with minimum guidance required.
- Minimum working experience required 2-3 years.
- We will also consider graduates with appropriate qualification and background.
- Ability to work in an international and intercultural context.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken. Multi-linguistic abilities would be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of the agile methodology.
- Digital native, ideally with knowledge in UX (App design).
- Detailed knowledge of retail processes in the automotive business preferred.
- High-level understanding of CRM and Dealer Management System preferred.
- Good presentation skills.

**_ Assistant Manager - Product Owner VX_**
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or Information Management Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in Product Ownership, driving process improvements.
- Strong eye for business, strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Effective communication skills with ability to clearly and concisely present topics, features, ideas and recommendations to all stakeholders including the leadership team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to present technical content to general audience.
- Ability to set goals and drive to their fulfillment. Take responsibility for actions/outcomes and wants to be held accountable for successes and failures.
- Work Experience in the Automotive Industry/Retail preferred.
- Experience in Agile working methodology preferred.
- Highly motivated independent worker with minimum guidance required.
- Experience in leading a team.
- Readiness to travel; (15% of travel).
- Strong analytical and abstraction skills.
- Ability to work in an international and intercultural context.
- Multi-linguistic abilities would be an added advantage.
