Your Role:

As the Retail Manager, you'll own the success of your store—leading by example, inspiring your team, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for:

  • Driving sales performance by setting ambitious targets and motivating your team
  • Maximising revenue through strategic merchandising, upselling, and promotional execution
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team
  • Monitoring key business metrics to identify opportunities for growth
  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience that builds loyalty and repeat business
  • Managing inventory, stock replenishment, and in-store merchandising

Who We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience (1+ years) in retail or sales management
  • A track record of exceeding KPIs and driving revenue growth
  • A strong sales acumen and the ability to close deals while training others to do the same
  • A passion for health, fitness, and nutrition
  • A high-energy, team-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment
  • A customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering top-tier service
  • Flexibility to work weekends, weekdays, and evenings as required
  • Holding a Sports Nutrition Certified certificate is essential to be considered for this role
