Key Responsibilities
  • Product Quality & Compliance: Oversee product storage standards, monitor shelf life, and ensure timely action on items approaching expiry.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and uphold quality control measures to maintain product integrity across all channels.
  • Retail Audit & Store Visits: Conduct regular visits to outlets to review product displays, stock condition, and compliance with company standards.
  • Sales & Business Analysis: Prepare detailed reports using Excel to track product performance, identify bestsellers and underperforming SKUs, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with retail outlets on product assortment, promotional activities, and sales execution.
  • Product Expertise: Build strong product knowledge to support internal teams and enhance customer engagement.
  • E-Commerce Operations: Manage online sales platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee), ensuring accurate listings, promotions, and stock availability to maximize digital sales.
  • Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor and report sales percentages, providing insights to optimize revenue and achieve business targets.
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in product management, merchandising, or sales operations, preferably in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools; comfortable preparing business performance reports.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10) and online sales operations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and retail outlets.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on product quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
