Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Management:

  2. Manage, schedule, and monitor content across all company social media platforms.

  3. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a community around the brand.

  4. Analyze social media metrics to optimize content strategy and increase engagement.

  5. Marketing Campaign Execution:

  6. Assist in the planning, execution, and follow-up of marketing campaigns across various channels.

  7. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure campaign goals are met.

  8. Track and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  9. Content Creation Collaboration:

  10. Work closely with our design team in China to develop engaging and visually appealing content for social media and marketing campaigns.

  11. Prepare detailed design briefs in Chinese to ensure the design team understands the requirements and can create artwork that aligns with our brand guidelines.

  12. Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice and guidelines.

  13. Market Research & Trend Analysis:

  14. Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and competitor activities.

  15. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  16. Provide insights and recommendations based on market and trend analysis.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Marketing/Business Management or F&B related certification
  • 3 to 5 years in a similar role with experiences in the F&B industry will be advantageous
  • Food enthusiast as regular food tasting sessions is expected
  • Comfortable in handling non-halal food ingredients and products
  • Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other relevant analytics platforms to analyze social media metrics and marketing campaign data to drive decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with vendors, merchants, and Singapore/China teams
  • Strong marketing acumen in marketing principles and a keen eye for marketing trends, especially in the F&B industry.
  • Creative and strategic thinking to develop impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Resilience in meeting tight deadlines and concurrently handling different marketing campaigns.
