Our client is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to join their team
What you'll be doing?
  • Brand Management: Execute annual marketing plans to strengthen brand presence and drive awareness across multiple touchpoints.
  • Campaign Leadership: Plan and manage marketing campaigns aligned with brand strategy and product launches, ensuring cohesive execution.
  • Public Relations: Develop strong relationships with KOLs, media, and shopping malls to maximize publicity and event exposure.
  • Content Creation: Prepare press kits, media releases, and manage Public Relations campaign activities including event hosting and media networking.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure seamless marketing activities execution.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and report results to drive continuous improvement.
  • Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets (A&P) to ensure optimal ROI and alignment with company objectives.
  • Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the VM team to maintain brand consistency in-store.
  • Team Support: Keep store teams informed about promotions, events, and marketing activities.
  • Innovation: Develop creative marketing initiatives, both online and offline, to engage target audiences and enhance brand loyalty.
Who are they looking for?
  • Marketing Expertise: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, with at least 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in retail or lifestyle brands.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strong understanding of marketing concepts and campaign planning to drive impactful results.
  • Communication Wizard: Excellent communication, copywriting, and proofreading skills to craft compelling messages.
  • Self-Starter: Independent, resourceful, and results-driven individual with strong attention to detail.
  • Team Player: Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
  • Digital Savvy: Familiarity with XHS social media and experience in managing social media ads and publications (e.g., Mothership) is a plus.
Other Information:

Working Day: Mon to Fri, 9am - 6pm

Location: City Hall

Salary: $3800 - $4500 + AWS
