What you'll be doing?
  • Ensure product quality: Oversee product storage standards, monitor shelf life, and implement quality control measures to maintain product integrity across all channels.
  • Conduct retail audits: Regularly visit outlets to review product displays, stock condition, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Analyze sales performance: Prepare detailed reports using Excel to track product performance, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize revenue.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Liaise with retail outlets on product assortment, promotional activities, and sales execution to drive business growth.
  • Develop product expertise: Build comprehensive knowledge of the product range to support internal teams and enhance customer engagement.
  • Manage e-commerce operations: Oversee online sales platforms, ensuring accurate listings, promotions, and stock availability to maximize digital sales.
  • Track sales metrics: Monitor and report on sales percentages, providing insights to achieve business targets and drive continuous improvement.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational background: Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in relevant areas.
  • Relevant experience: 2-3 years in product management, merchandising, or sales operations, preferably in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce sectors. Candidates with no prior experience are also welcomed to apply.
  • Analytical skills: Strong ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies, contributing to business growth.
  • Technical proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools, with the ability to prepare clear and insightful business performance reports.
  • E-commerce knowledge: Familiarity with platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and Qoo10, understanding the nuances of online sales operations.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively liaise with internal teams and retail outlets.
  • Attention to detail: Strong focus on product quality, compliance, and operational excellence, ensuring high standards are maintained.
  • Adaptability: Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
