HR Manager

The HR Manager will report to the Managing Director to effectively support the Company's HR operational matters. He/She will provide a spectrum of HR admin functions like recruitment, payroll, employee welfare and relations, training and devt, peformance management and employee engagement activities. The position will actively work with and have close collaboration with our stakeholders.
Essential job functions includes:
- ensure smooth running of day-to-day HR operations in compliance with our relevant HR policies and procedures plus having a good working knowledge of Singapore employment laws.
- Initiate and contribute to the roll-out and monitoring of HR policies/programs and employee engagement initiatives
- One-stop support for employees on HR policies, practices and employee relations matters, including resolving and mediating employee concerns, grievances or disputes and to handle work injury claims where necessary.
- Payroll administration in an accurate and timely manner.
- Active involvement in recruitment activities to achieve recruitment targets.
- Maintain and build effective relationship with employees, internal and external key stakeholders and provide reliable HR service delivery.
- Preparation of periodic reports to Management and external stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy and timely records in HR database and HR admin processes.
- Support and evaluate continuous improvement of innovative HR processes, policies and strategies.
