[What the role is]

DEPUTY/ASSISTANT MANAGER, ROAD PRICING SYSTEMS (RPS) IN-VEHICLE UNIT MANAGEMENT (IUM)

[What you will be working on]

You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations on ERP In-Vehicle Unit (IU) inspection and technical matters, and work with industry stakeholders. You will be required to carry out data analytic on operations statistics and review operations KPIs, be given responsibilities to project manage system, process and service enhancements initiatives.

You should have an aptitude for customer service in handling public feedbacks and enquiries, driving changes and improvement in a process-oriented environment involving multiple stakeholders. You will be involved in the ERP 2.0, comprising the migration activities, and establishing new processes and workflows, legislations and conducting system user acceptance testing relating to the Next Generation IU operation processes, as well as handling the stakeholder management of motorists and business partners.

[What we are looking for]
- Tertiary qualifications in any discipline, preferably Electrical / Electronic /

Communications / Service Management or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of working experience, preferably in service-oriented

industries.
- Strong knowledge of customer engagement channels and possess good

collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Possess empathy and good listening skills.
