DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER, ELECTRONIC ROAD PRICING OPERATIONS
[What your will be working on]
You will be part of a team overseeing the operations of the ERP system and ensuring that the operations are conducted smoothly and correctly. You will assist in administering IT services delivery and maintenance of the ERP computer system and gantries, including monitoring the operation processes and KPIs to ensure smooth operations of the system. In addition, you will manage the planning and implementation of new measures and initiatives to improve the ERP business processes. You will also be required to administer contracts and handle public feedback pertaining to ERP matters. You will work with business partners, suppliers and customers, and provide timely and concise management reports /updates for the division. From time to time, you will also be required to perform other assignments including championing ISO processes, facilitating visits from external delegates and provide training support to the LTA Academy.
[What we are looking for]
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science / Engineering or related discipline
- At least 2 years' relevant experience in a fast-paced operational environment
- Keen in operations and project management, including reviewing business processes and identify/implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Good writing, communication and presentation skills
- Highly-motivated and ability to work independently
