[What the role is]
MANAGER / DEPUTY MANAGER, ROAD PRICING POLICY
[What you will be working on]
You will review, develop and implement policies related to the implementation of ERP 2.0, such as congestion pricing policies and other operations (ops) policies to support the ops plan for motorists to install Onboard Unit (OBU) in their vehicles. You will also be involved in the integration of different workstreams and prepare project briefings to MOT and other external stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Review and develop policies pertaining to the installation of OBU in vehicles,
including overseeing legislative amendments. Address public feedback
where needed.
- Work and engage with internal and external stakeholders to develop different
operational plans necessary to support the installation of OBU in vehicles and
implementation of ERP 2.0.
- Look at emerging ops issues, project risks and recommend action plans to
address any potential derailers to the OBU installation project.
- Coordinate and oversee the preparation of project briefing material to facilitate
discussion and decision making by LTA and MOT senior management.

- Tertiary qualification in any discipline
- A strong interest and acumen in public policy making
- Strategically minded, with the ability to see linkages between different parts
of a larger System
- Independent, and able to mobilise resources and stakeholders quickly
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
