Singapore LTA Land Transport Authority Full time

We are looking for a creative and dynamic professional to join our team in promoting and communicating Singapore’s land transport policies and projects through the use of creative marketing tactics on digital and social media platforms.

As part of the digital and social media team, you will conceptualise, develop, and execute digital communications plans to build and amplify public awareness/understanding of LTA’s policies and projects. You will research, plan, and execute various social media tactics, including ideating and creating multi-media content such as infographics, GIFs, videos, livestreaming sessions on LTA’s social media channels. You will also need to work with stakeholders, vendors, and content publishers/influencers to ensure LTA’s messages are relayed accurately and creatively to the public to help them better understand our work and initiatives.

In the formulation and execution of digital campaigns, you are required to review the campaign performance and actively seek out ways to optimise the campaign whilst ensuring adherence to budget limits and timelines. You will ensure the campaign’s Key Performance Indicators are on track, recommend any adjustments if needed, and prepare post-campaign reports to management.

Additionally, you will need to keep active tabs on online sentiments related to LTA’s issues and work closely with stakeholders to prepare appropriate responses to address issues/misconceptions and enhance online engagement on LTA’s social media channels effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualification in Mass Communications, Digital/Social Media/Marketing, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a related field preferred. Those with more relevant work experience will be considered for a more senior role.
- Avid user of social media platforms and has a keen interest in content creation and trends
- Creative thinker with good storytelling and analytical skills
- Familiarity with digital and social media ad buy planning and execution works
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Team player with ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Good writing and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
