**Key Responsibilities** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist to oversee the management and processing of recruitment leads received by both local and offshore Human Capital support team
- Ensure close follow up of recruitment status, including calling of leads received in a timely manner, interview coordination and administration duties
- Assist with recruitment-related reporting
- Identify recruitment bottlenecks and review processes through data-driven decisions
- Any other ad-hoc tasks required

**Key Requirements** KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Possess a Diploma in any discipline
- Independent, driven and resourceful team player with ability to multitask
- Good coordination, engagement and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
