**[What the role is]**

As a trainee with the Human Resource Division's Talent Acquisition team, you will gain comprehensive exposure to the full talent acquisition lifecycle whilst contributing to building a robust and sustainable talent pipeline for the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS).

In this role, you will actively support critical recruitment initiatives across CAAS, including the rigorous selection process for Probationary Air Traffic Control Officers. This hands-on experience will provide you with valuable insights into specialised aviation recruitment.

**[What you will be working on]**

You will support recruitment processes from initial sourcing to onboarding and employer branding initiatives.

As a trainee, you will learn through hands-on experience whilst receiving regular guidance and feedback from experienced HR professionals. This supportive learning environment will help you develop foundational recruitment skills and broader HR knowledge, providing you with practical insights into the unique aspects of talent acquisition within the aviation industry.

**[What we are looking for]**
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with stakeholders
- Adaptability and self-motivation to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining high standards and attention to detail
- Technical proficiency and analytical mindset including Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel) and problem-solving abilities to support data-driven recruitment decisions
- Results-oriented approach with excellent organisational and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities and meet recruitment deadlines effectively
