The government organisation enable the growth of the air hub and aviation industry, oversee and promote safety in the industry, provide air navigation services, and develop Singapore as a centre of excellence for aviation knowledge and human resource development.

This is a 1 year contract position.

**Location**:
Changi Airport T2

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the HR Business Partners and divisional stakeholders on matters relating to manpower planning, developing and implementing effective strategies in attracting talents
- Participate in the full recruitment cycle, not limited to the placement of job advertisements, sourcing, coordinating and conducting of interviews, making recommendations to the hiring managers, preparing salary proposals, making job offers and negotiation, preparing contracts and on-boarding of new hires etc.
- Utilise social media, professional networks and other alternative channels in sourcing for talents
- Participate in outreach activities such as career fairs, networking sessions etc
- Manage the aspects of exit, retirement and re-employment

Working Hour:
Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 6pm

**Requirements**:

- Min Diploma with 1 year of relevant working experience

**Salary**:
$3000-$4000
