Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will provide strategic guidance, ensure platform scalability, and deliver enterprise-grade solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall ServiceNow architecture and roadmap for the organization.
  • Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities.
  • Design and implement ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC/IRM, CSM, etc.).
  • Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and platform governance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to ensure solution quality.
  • Conduct platform health checks, performance tuning, and scalability assessments.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
  • Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and new features, ensuring adoption where relevant.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in ServiceNow platform.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect / Lead Consultant.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and GRC.
  • Experience with integration of ServiceNow with enterprise systems (REST, SOAP, APIs, LDAP, SSO, etc.).
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, Glide API, HTML, CSS for custom development.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, workflows, and service catalog.
  • ITIL v3/v4 certification preferred.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules required.
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is highly desirable.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with cloud-native architectures and DevOps practices.
  • Exposure to enterprise security, compliance, and risk management.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications are mandatory.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $5, $15,738.92 per month
