Urgent opening for SAP Technical Program Lead
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall technical delivery of the transformation project, covering migration and business transformation for SAP ECC and other existing systems to S4 HANA and related systems, such as Source to Pay.
- Leading the technical team responsible for the migration project from ECC to S/4HANA, providing guidance and direction to team members
- Reviewing the overall technical migration strategy and implementation plan, ensuring that all technical aspects of the project are identified and addressed.
- Designing the landscape architecture for the new S/4HANA environment.
- Planning and executing the migration based on a ‘bluefield’ / ‘smart greenfield’ approach, i.e. a hybrid of designing a new system and adapting the migration to fit into the new design.
- Leading and managing the data migration effort, ensuring that data is migrated from the existing ECC system to the new S/4HANA system accurately and securely.
- Developing a data architecture strategy for the new SAP landscape covering perational reporting, ‘slice and dice’ requirements and data analytics requirements.
- Implementing the security architecture for the new SAP ecosystem
- Manage multiple stakeholders, including IT, business, and external vendors, and ensure effective communication and collaboration among them oOversee the technical delivery by the Systems Integrator (SI), ensuring that they deliver high-quality work on-time and within budget
- Drive the implementation of best practices, processes, and tools to ensure the successful delivery of the project
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of project deliverables
- Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans as needed to ensure the program is delivered within time, budget and quality metrics
- Provide regular project status updates to senior management and other stakeholders
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to project team members as needed Requirements
- Bachelor's / Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field;
- 10+ years of experience in SAP technical architecture / program / project management, with a focus on SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration in the areas of Finance, Procurement and MRO
- Strong understanding of SAP S4 HANA and related SAP solutions based solution architectures
- Experience managing delivery by a Systems Integrator (SI)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships
- Strong program management skills, with a proven track record of managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
