Overview SAP Academy for Services & Consulting (APAC) - Project Manager Associate - Singapore Responsibilities As a Project Manager Associate, you will support large scale, high risk, strategic projects and/or lead operational projects or small engagements. Provide leadership to cross-functional teams responsible for delivering defined project outputs on time, on budget and with high quality. Assist SAP Sales teams during the Bid Phase by providing input into the proposal regarding the solution delivery model, project structure, organization, scoping, estimation and risk assessment. Coordinate work with third party sub-contractors, SAP Development, and Global Support organizations as needed. Demonstrate project management best practices to ensure successful delivery and alignment with client objectives. Education And Qualifications / Skills And Competencies Master’s degree, or equivalent tertiary study 0-3 years\' work experience in customer facing roles Team player with the ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks Strong communication, listening, empathy, collaboration, and interpersonal skills Proactive, resourceful self-starter eager to learn and adapt to technology and digital platforms Ability to manage pressure and solve problems with a focus on delivering business value Expectations And Tasks During Academy: learn the Customer Services & Delivery portfolio, rotate through teams, complete case studies and training, work on projects that develop communication and interpersonal skills, build internal and external stakeholder relationships, and adapt to new technologies As a Project Team Lead on large strategic projects: conduct project planning, support execution, manage sub-project groups, ensure budgets, schedule and quality, and ensure proper use of methodology and tools As a Project Manager for small strategic/operational projects: manage the project lifecycle, plan and track work, determine resources, collaborate with sponsors to meet objectives, lead the project team, identify risks, communicate with stakeholders, and balance time/cost/scope to deliver business value Demonstrate proficiency with SAP delivery methodologies (Activate, Agile, Best Practices) and collaboration with partners, customers, and internal teams What You Get From Us Success is what you make it.
