**Job Title: Academy Co-Ordinator**

Summary of position:
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Handling lesson enquiries and replying to customers. Must have a good level of written English.
- Coordinating group lesson times and liaising with parents and coaches.
- Coordinating with finance for customer payments.
- Booking students in with coaches through the academies booking system.
- Communicating with golf operations staff for the booking of tee times when required.
- Assisting with the planning, registration, and billing for corporate events including preparing goodie bags, issuing scorecards, etc.
- Maintaining accurate records on registration, updates of all club activities, and events.
- Support the coaching team at events, product launches, and workshops when required.
- Generate and update customer database lists for marketing purposes.
- Engage with club members and guests at the driving range to promote programs and the academy.
- Drive the business social media platforms.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Positive demeanor with good customer service and interpersonal skills
- High level of initiative, be driven and have great attention to detail
- Be extremely good at planning, prioritization, organizing, and executing tasks
- Capable of dealing with customers in a tactile, friendly, confidential manner
- 5-days work week covering Saturday and Sunday
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- An interest in sports, ideally golf, will be an advantage but is not required.
