Customer Relations Officer and Administration

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle customer enquiries, requests, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer complaints effectively, escalating issues to relevant departments where necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems or internal databases
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure issues are resolved to satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, technical support, etc.) to deliver seamless service
- Identify opportunities to improve service processes and customer satisfaction
- Assist in administrative tasks related to customer service (e.g. processing forms, documentation)
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven experience in customer service, call centre, or front desk roles preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-oriented mindset with patience and empathy
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluent in English; additional languages
