**The Role**

Responsible for Singapore Channel management : recruitment, onboarding, enablement and drive sales with Partners and Distis. Work with regional Channel teams to implement Singapore channel marketing programs.

Drive sales leads closure with partners.

**Responsibilities**:

- The essential responsibilities of the Channel Manager are to work directly with partners to develop sales opportunities, and to work effectively across functions with other Nutanix employees to build synergy with Nutanix channel partners:

- Demonstrate leadership and initiative.
- Provide coaching and management oversight to the Zebra and partner sales teams to help them drive their sales strategy and goal attainment.
- Use relationship management techniques to develop selling opportunities with partners.
- Participate in business planning to align business goals with partners on quarterly and annual basis.
- Plan and direct channel activities including implementing forecasts, marketing program development, relationship development, customer satisfaction and collateral material development and distribution.
- Collaborate with the field marketing team to plan, deliver and manage an effective communication and demand generation campaign for each focus partner.
- Be seen and treated by Zebra channel partners as a trusted and valued resource.

Qualifications:

- Min. 2 years of sales or channel management experience preferred with good understanding of the sales process and Channel sales.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills including presentation skills.
- An aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with employees within the sales function and across functions including Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, and Product Development.
