Account Support Administrator

RESPONSIBILTIES
A strong support to Customer Account Teams on all assigned and back-up accounts, the Account Support Administrator is responsible for:
- Supporting Regional Customer Account Specialist in providing top-notch Order Management for both In-house and VRM orders, warranty administration, TAT/OTD monitoring
- Quotation Generation & Management, including timely & accurate quotes, and margin analysis to ensure profitability requirement are met
- Primary back-up for WO induction activities
- Provide assistance in preparation Customer account performance review, such as data collection, following-up actions
- Providing customer status reports and other reports assigned
- Attend to customers’ enquiries promptly and provide accurate updates
- To collate performance feedback from customers for performance/customer satisfaction analysis
- Support all marketing and networking activities when necessary, including but not limited to trade shows, open house, receptions etc
- Support marketing communications such as web-site, newsletters and advertisements. Responsible for corporate gifts
- Follow up on overdue receivables. Assist when invoices are delinquent or when customers will be or is already on credit hold
- Maintain necessary documentation as per standard work process to facilitate internal and external audits
- Any other duties/projects as assigned by the Customer Service Manager
