Accounts Administrator

Responsibilites:
- Using the highest standards and practices to ensure financial documents comply with the law
- Collecting and verifying financial information
- Maintaining a general ledger by inputting daily financial transactions
- Ensure efficient client services and provide support to administration staff
- Putting together payroll for their company or clients
- Monitor all account payable checks, prepare invoices for all and prepare updates on all accounts
- Resolving financial problems, performing audits, and analyzing profit loss
- Preparing financial statements, producing accounting reports, and checking them for accuracy
- Coordinate with management and recommend improvement in quality of accounting and provide operational support
- Ensure efficient client services and provide support to administration staff
Requriements:
- Strong understanding of mathematics
- Excellent time management and ability to meet constant deadlines
- Knowledgeable in financial computer software
- Good delegation skills
- Accounting knowledge
- Detail orientation
- Proficiency in Excel
