- Rental and leasing of commercial vehicles with drivers (prime mover, hook lorry, vacuum trucks, lorries and box lorries)Repair, maintenance and rental of heavy machinery and isotanks

**Your Key Responsibilities include**:

- Bookkeeping and handle closing of monthly financial accounts
- Monthly bank reconciliation; Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Attend to queries relating to accounting matters
- Preparation of GST Submission
- Preparing sales invoices and providing administrative support to the sales team
- Maintain and update records to ensure our heavy machinery location is updated
- Ordering of transportation to deliver our heavy machinery
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Accounts to streamline processes and resolve issuesAssist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

**Qualifications and Job Requirements**:

- Minimum LCCI / Diploma in Accounting / Business or related field
- Highly organized with an attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow through
- Computer literacy
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
