We're looking for a responsible and organized Sales Support Administrator to join our team. You will play an important behind-the-scences role in ensuring quotations, orders, and client communications are handled smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate enjoys team work, takes pride in accuracy and follow-through, and is comfortable juggling administrative and coordination tasks in a fast paced environment. It requires a strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist project sales team in preparing quotations, sales proposals, contracts
  • Process sales orders and coordinate with internal teams (workshop, procurement, and accounts).
  • Follow up with clients on outstanding documents or details
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries , quotations , and orders
  • Help project timelines by supporting communication and document flow
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth sales operations
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management or Supervisors.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma qualification with at least 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service, preferably within the Manufacturing industry.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and supportive attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Power Point.
