Job Description Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the sales team, including processing quotations, sales orders, and related documentation. Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, Operations, and Warehouse to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment. Manage stock inventory, including tracking movements, maintaining accurate records, and monitoring minimum stock levels to proactively initiate re‐orders and prevent shortages. Follow up with the Sales and Operations teams to facilitate progress billing and ensure timely submission of invoices and supporting documentation. Prepare and manage shipping and customs documentation, liaising with logistics partners to arrange and coordinate client shipments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on‐time delivery. Requirements Excellent eye for detail to ensure error‐free documentation and processing Problem‐solving mindset and proactive attitude Immediate or short‐notice availability preferred Location Near Tai Seng MRT, Singapore Working Days: 5 days (Monday to Friday)Working Hours: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm #J-18808-Ljbffr
