We are looking for a friendly, solution-oriented **Customer Service Associate** to support our customers and ensure a smooth, positive experience at every touchpoint. This role is essential in building trust, resolving issues efficiently and representing our brand with professionalism and empathy.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate information on products, services and order status
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in the **CRM system**:

- Identify common issues or areas for improvement and suggest proactive solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and process efficiency
- Support post-sales services such as returns, refunds and follow-ups

- **1-3 years** of experience in customer service, support or client-facing roles
