About the role Join the dynamic team at Core Concepts Pte Ltd as a Customer Service Associate. In this full-time position, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all our valued clients.What you'll be doing Greet and welcome customers, addressing their needs and enquiries in a friendly and professional manner. Manage customer appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling and confirming. Efficiently process customer registrations, collections of accounts receivables and other administrative tasks. Liaise with internal teams to coordinate customer care and communicate updates. Assist with general office duties as required. What we're looking for Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and empathetic approach. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in using computer systems and office software.
