**JOB SUMMARY**

The Customer Care Associate (Healthcare) is responsible as the main point-of-contact for healthcare customers (e.g. clinics, hospitals and patients), including enquiries, feedback and other requests. He or she is responsible for working closely with the Operations and Transport team to ensure
customer’s needs are met so as to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

2. Identify customer’s needs and ensure customer satisfaction

3. Ensure proper follow up and resolution of issues raised by customers

4. Work closely with operations / transport team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of medication parcels

5. Coordinate any rescheduling, amendment or cancellation requests using the Transport Management System

6. Manage feedback and provide service recovery where appropriate with reference to relevant service levels

7. Provide office and administrative support

8. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned, such as cross functional support etc

**REQUIREMENTS**

1. Minimally GCE “N” or “O” Levels with a pass in English

2. Prior work experience in Customer Service, preferably in Healthcare or Pharma Logistics industry

3. Pleasant personality and passionate about service excellence

4. Good team player with strong verbal and written communication skills (English)

5. Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

7. Prior experience in using WMS or SAP preferred

ADDITIONAL NOTES

1. 5.5 days (Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm,

Sat 8.30am to 12.30pm

2. Location: 4 Pandan Ave
