Role:

- Responsible of supporting growth of established merchants
- Responsible for growing individual portfolio of key accounts within platform
- Responsible for identifying key needs and requirements of merchants in Singapore market and relaying requirements to product team
- Monitor and tracking merchant’s performance
- Analyze vendor performance data and develop strategic plans to boost merchant’s performance
- Capable in working within cross functional settings
- Capable of driving key initiatives to benefit broader merchant ecosystem

Requirement:

- Minimum Degree in any field
- Preferably with 1-3 years of related experience in E-commerce industry
- Self-driven & independent
- Strong communication and analytical skills
